MuleSoft Middleware Developer - Direct Hire, On-Site, Sunrise, FL The Senior Middleware Engineer will join a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted flow of data between on-site, remote and cloud applications and ultimately delivering high fidelity solutions across the enterprise. Ideal candidates will bring a deep-seating understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, API Management and Software Connectivity along with extensive hands on experience with Java Messaging Services. Daily activities will range widely from formulating data integration strategies, identifying and defining risk and measuring business impact to implementing improvements, designing integration maps and implementing recovery mechanisms and reporting tools. Key Skill Experience Requirements BSc., Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline Experience working with POS systems 6 years of Middleware Development experience, designing developing implementing data interchange solutions Min 3 years MuleSoft Development experience required, ability to design a wide variety of Mule components Retail vertical experience preferred, experience working with POS systems required Deep understanding of database access protocols such as ODBC, JDBC, SQL, DB2 Ability to write complex XML schema and XSLT design Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams to grasp complex data integration requirements Willingness to perform design code reviews, establish and enforce coding best practices Outstanding communication, documentation professional presentation skills
