Kilgore Culinary Group consists of four restaurants located in the heart of Miami. Founded by James Beard nominated Bradley Kilgore, and Robert Delarosa, our vision revolves around sustainable and seasonal driven quality products, coupled with superb service.
Ember is the newest member to our Kilgore Culinary Group family. The menu is inspired by the cuisine that sparked Chef Brad s love of cuisine. While being raised in Kansas City, cooking over fire has been in his blood, stoking memories from his early childhood.
An ideal candidate for Line Cook is the quintessential team player. Demonstrating the ability to function as a unit, but also as a self sufficient colleague, able to take ownership over their respective station. This entails concise communication throughout the duration of service, non-negotiable commitment to excellence, and the functionality of working under stress in a busy restaurant.
Our expectations are unwavering, we want candidates with a strong background, excellent knife skills, experience in steak houses preferred.
