This Miami based position is accountable for Nike Swim sales and distributor relationships with a focus on Central/South America and the Caribbean.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attract, sign and manage distributor relationships Facilitate the contract execution between PEI legal team & distributors Develop a consumer & product plan specific to various global regions Collaborate with partners in executing business strategies for growth Drive sales to retailers and distributors in the region Manage & evolve current customer base and seek new opportunities to accelerate the growth of Nike Swim Present wholesale product line and educate distributors and retailers on the value of Nike Swim in their market Communicate & monitor distribution for retail stores & ecommerce as it relates to Nike Inc policies of distribution Collaborate with distributors & PEI on marketing & promotional activities PLM & MUO order management Manage all customer details (daily orders, credit, shipping, labeling ) for customers within territory Coordinating COs, Import Licences, Payment Terms & LCs Forecast overall account business and set sales / product goals for each customer / region Monitor competition and trends across regions. Identify new & different product needs to PEI merch team
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Sales experience in the region Experience with distributor relationships Ability to understand, review and negotiate distributor contracts Ability to liaison with retail customers, distributors and PEI/Nike Swim internal teams Experience communicating effectively across multiple offices and times zones Systems driven Strong organizational and communication skills
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree 5 Years experience in sales and in the regions defined Apparel industry experience. Swimwear across genders and accessories preferred Strong office computer skills Distributorship experience Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese a plus
